Printhead & Rubber roll

Altec ATP-300/600 Pro labelprinter

Reinig de printkop en de rubberen rol van de labelprinter zoals aangegeven in deze video.

Instructies

  1. Open de labelprinter met de groene knoppen aan de zijkanten.
  2. Verwijder de inktfolie afvalrol en plaats deze op de inktfolie supply cover.
  3. Haal een CleaningWipe uit de verpakking.
  4. Reinig de printkop van links naar rechts met het schoonmaakdoekje.
  5. Reinig de witte geleidingsbalk rondom.
  6. Reinig nu de doorvoerrol en draai deze met beide duimen door om volledig rondom schoon te kunnen maken.
  7. Plaats de rol inktfolie afvalrol terug in de inktfolie afval hub en sluit beide inktfolie covers.
  8. Sluit daarna de bovenkap van de printer.

Instructions

  1. Open the label printer with the green buttons on the sides.
  2. Remove the ink ribbon waste roll and place it on the ribbon supply cover.
  3. Get a CleaningWipe from it’s packaging.
  4. Clean the print head from left to right with the cleaning wipe.
  5. Clean the white label guide bar all around.
  6. Now clean the feed roller and turn it with both thumbs to clean it completely around.
  7. Place the ink ribbon waste roll back in the ink ribbon waste supply hub and close both ink ribbon covers.
  8. Close the top cover of the printer.

Altec TTP-200/300 labelprinter

Reinig de printkop en de rubberen rol van de labelprinter zoals aangegeven in deze video.

Instructies

  1. Open de bovenkap en de transparante klep van de labelprinter.
  2. Maak de afvalrol van het inktfolie los en leg deze in de printer.
  3. Reinig als eerst de printkop door met het doekje van links naar rechts langs de printkop te gaan.
  4. Plaats de afvalrol van het inktfolie weer terug op zijn plaats.
  5. Reinig nu de rubberen rol, draai met beide duimen de rol door en reinig zo het gehele oppervlak.
  6. Sluit de labelprinter, hij is weer klaar voor gebruik.

Instructions

  1. Open the top side and transparent cover of your label printer.
  2. Release the waste roll of the ribbon and place it on the bottom of the printer for now.
  3. First clean the printhead from left to right using the CleaningWipe.
  4. Place the waste roll back in its position.
  5. Now clean the rubber roll. Rotate the roll with both thumbs to clean the whole surface.
  6. Close the label printer. It’s ready to use now.

 

Altec ICP-400 cardprinter

Instructies

  1. Verwijder alle consumables uit de printer: inktfolie en cards.
    Let op: Zet de indicator van de card dikte (grijze schuifje) volledig naar rechts.
  2. Druk op het scherm op de tandwiel-button » reinigings-button (linksboven) » rechthoekige reinigingsbutton (boven) » linker-button (periodieke reiniging).
  3. Verwijder de beschermlaag van de cleaning card en plaats deze met de reinigingslaag naar boven in de printer.
  4. Reinig de printkop van de printer met een Altec Cleaning Wipe.

Instructions

  1. Remove all consumables from the printer: ink ribbon and cards.
    Note: Place the grey thickness slider completely to the right.
  2. Press the gear icon on the LCD screen » cleaning button (top left) » rectangular cleaning button (top) » left button (periodic cleaning).
  3. Remove the protective layer from the cleaning card and place it with the cleaning layer above in the printer.
  4. Clean the print head with an Altec Cleaning Wipe.
